Do we have to buy delivery from the same firm that advises us?
No. We write recommendations clearly enough for another team to deliver. Continuing with the same firm reduces knowledge loss, but the decision is always yours.

How long does a consulting engagement take?
It depends on the number of teams, systems and processes involved. Scope and timeline are agreed in writing at proposal stage, and longer work is split into stages with interim deliverables.

Do you work remotely or on site?
Most interviews and workshops run online. Where seeing a process in person matters, we plan on-site work with you at the start.
