AI consulting is the part most companies ask about today. Many believe AI could help, but do not know where to start, which tasks genuinely suit it, or whether their data is ready. Consulting answers those questions before the first investment.

Meybrain Technologies is a software company: we advise, and we can also build what we recommend. We say so up front. If an off-the-shelf product serves you better, that is what we recommend. You are under no obligation to buy from us, and the roadmap is written clearly enough for another team to deliver.

Technology choices.
In consulting we do not champion a technology; we make the selection criteria explicit. We weigh total cost of ownership, data security and compliance with KVKK or GDPR, whether your team can sustain the solution, vendor lock-in and how easily you could switch later. For AI we also assess data readiness, the cost of an error and where human oversight is required.

Examples from our work.
Our advice draws on products we build and run ourselves. With Kentsel Dönüşüm AI we launched and operate an assistant that answers property owners' regulatory questions; with BeinStory, a literature platform built around AI-assisted conversation. With Kolay Sevkiyat we built a panel that runs marketplace sellers' daily shipping operations.

We offer consulting in two forms:

Fixed-scope assessment
Interviews, review, roadmap and presentation at a fixed price.

Ongoing advisory
Monthly or day-based support while the roadmap is delivered.
Cost depends on the number of teams and systems reviewed, the number of interviews, the depth of the deliverables and the scope of delivery support.
After a short call about your needs, you receive a written, itemised quote.

It helps you find the work where AI can genuinely add value, check whether your data is ready and invest in the right order. The benefit is answering the right questions before budget goes to the wrong project.

Our team has no AI expertise. Can we still work with you?
Yes; that is when consulting helps most. We handle the technical assessment and need you to explain your business and goals. We can also run a basic AI literacy session for your team.

Do we have to buy the solution from you?
No. The roadmap is written for any capable team to implement, and where a suitable off-the-shelf product exists, we recommend it.
