Consulting and transformation
Training and team support.
We offer AI and software training, code review, mentoring and developer support during projects.
Training and team support covers hands-on training that helps your own people sustain software and AI work, and the developer, code review and mentoring support we add to your team during a project.
01 / Definition
What is training and team support?
At Meybrain Technologies we build training around examples from your own business. The goal is for the knowledge to stay with you, not with us.
Many companies buy or commission a system and never see the full return because their team cannot fully use or extend it. With AI tools the gap is sharper: staff are already using them, often without knowing which data they must not share or how to check the output.
02 / Audience
Who it is for.
- Companies that want staff to use AI tools safely and well.
- Organisations with an in-house development team moving into a new area, such as building applications on language models.
- Internal teams about to take over a system built by us or another vendor.
- Companies that need a developer or technical lead alongside their team for a period.
- Engineering teams improving code quality, testing and release habits.
03 / Topics
Training topics.
- 01
AI for non-technical staff
What the tools do well and badly, which data must stay out, how to verify output, safe everyday use.
- 02
AI for managers
Assessing opportunities, risk and cost, choosing projects and setting usage principles.
- 03
Building with language models, for developers
Model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, tool-using agents, evaluation sets and cost tracking.
- 04
Modern web development
TypeScript, React and Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- 05
Engineering practices
Code review, automated testing, automated deployment and documentation.
- 06
Handover training
The architecture, set-up and maintenance of a system we built for you.
04 / Team support
How team support works.
- 01
Developer support
Contribution for a set period, working to your team's plan and tools.
- 02
Code review
Regular review of your team's code, with reasoned recommendations.
- 03
Mentoring and pairing
Knowledge transfer by working alongside less experienced developers.
- 04
Interim technical leadership
Help with architecture decisions and team practices while you have no technical lead.
You set the priorities. Code is written in your repository, under your review rules.

- 05
Follow-up
Answers to questions from practice, and extra sessions if useful.
07 / Example
Examples from our work.
What we teach comes from building and running our own products. In BeinStory we connected AI-assisted conversation to a content model, and we run the product on the web, iOS and Android. With Kentsel Dönüşüm AI we launched an assistant that answers property owners' regulatory questions. The practical challenges of working with language models, such as measuring answer quality and keeping running costs in check, are ones we deal with on these products. Both are in our portfolio.

08 / Pricing
Pricing model.
- 01
Training
Per session or day, by number of groups.
- 02
Team support
Monthly or day-based.
Cost depends on how far the curriculum is tailored, the number of participants and groups, whether materials are built on your data, and travel and accommodation for in-person sessions.
After a short call about your team and goals, we send a written, itemised quote.
09 / Questions
Frequently asked questions.
- 01
Online or in person?
Both work. Hands-on workshops can be more effective in person; online suits distributed teams. Travel and accommodation for in-person sessions are charged separately.
- 02
Do participants receive a certificate?
We do not issue accredited certificates. On request we provide a participation document stating the topic and duration. Our focus is on what people do differently at work afterwards.
- 03
Is AI training suitable for non-technical staff?
Yes; those sessions are designed for them. No coding is needed, examples come from participants' daily work and safe-use principles come first.
- 04
Who manages the developers in team support?
You set priorities and acceptance criteria. Our developers work in your tools and repository, under your review rules, and the working arrangement is agreed in writing at the start.
- 05
How does handover of a system you built work?
We run handover training on architecture, set-up and maintenance and deliver the documentation. If you like, we stay on for a period with code review and question support.
