Consulting and transformation
Digital transformation consulting.
We assess your digital maturity, then plan and deliver a roadmap covering process, people and technology.
Digital transformation is a business reorganising the way it works, from sales and production to finance and HR, around data and software.
01 / Definition
What is digital transformation?
It is not buying one system; it is changing process, people and technology together. At Meybrain Technologies we assess your digital maturity, prepare a prioritised roadmap and deliver it step by step with your team.
Most transformation programmes stall not because the software is poor but because people do not adopt the new way of working. So we start with how work is done today and where people struggle, not with technology.
02 / Audience
Who it is for.
- Manufacturers and SMEs still running orders, production plans or stock on paper, phone and spreadsheets.
- Companies with several systems that do not talk, re-entering the same data again and again.
- Family businesses handing over to a new generation that wants to modernise how things are done.
- Growing service and trading companies losing control with old methods.
- Businesses considering a public support programme that first need to be clear about what they need.

About public support programmes.
In Türkiye, some public programmes can support SMEs' digital transformation consulting and software investment, including KOSGEB programmes, the Ministry of Industry and Technology's digital transformation initiatives and periodic development-agency calls. Some require accredited consultants, and conditions change from call to call.
For example, under its conditions on 13 October 2026, KOSGEB's SME Digital Transformation Support Programme requires the roadmap to come from a consultant authorised by TÜSSİDE, MEXT or İHKİB.
If you are considering one, we check the current eligibility rules on the official source with you before you apply, and tell you plainly if our services fall outside its scope. International companies operating in Türkiye can use the same assessment without any programme involved.
06 / Technology
Technology choices.
We recommend the structure that fits your business, not a particular product. Sometimes that means choosing a new ERP or CRM, sometimes integrations between existing systems, sometimes moving one critical spreadsheet process into a small web application. Where off-the-shelf software is enough we do not propose custom builds; we weigh total cost, whether your team can use it, and keeping your data under your control.
07 / Example
Examples from our work.
Transformation does not always start with a big system. The brand site we built for Adranos Bahçe, a blueberry farm, brings together the farm's story, its harvest and ordering over WhatsApp: a simple way for a small producer to start selling online. For Falco 3D we brought the product catalogue, quote requests and the customer-relationship side into one digital structure.
Our own product Kolay Sevkiyat is a transformation story too: it pulls a marketplace seller's order and label work, once spread across screens, into one panel with validation built in. See the examples in our portfolio.

09 / Questions
Frequently asked questions.
- 01
What does digital transformation consulting cover?
A current-state assessment, a prioritised roadmap, software selection support, a change and training plan and, if you want, delivery. The aim is to invest in the right order, against measurable goals.
- 02
Can we use a public support programme?
It depends on the programme. Some require accredited consultants. We check the current rules with you before you apply and say clearly whether our services qualify.
- 03
We are a small business. Is this for us?
Yes. For small businesses transformation usually starts with a few right steps: one place for orders, accurate stock, one repetitive task automated. The roadmap is sized to your business.
- 04
Where should we start?
With the process that wastes the most time or causes the most errors. Interviews during the assessment bring it to the surface, and the first step follows from it.
- 05
Will our people adapt to new systems?
Adoption is the most critical part. We involve the team from the start, change things in stages and provide hands-on training at each step. See training and team support.
