Software and platforms

System integration and API development.

We build API links between ERP, accounting, marketplaces, shipping and CRM.

System integration means getting the separate software your company runs (ERP, accounting, e-commerce, marketplaces, shipping, CRM) to exchange data automatically and securely.

01 / Definition

What is system integration?

At Meybrain Technologies we build the API connections, the data-mapping rules and the error handling that takes over when something goes wrong. Data is entered once, and you can see exactly where any record got stuck.

The hard part of an integration is rarely the connection itself; it is the exceptions. If nobody decides what happens when a marketplace API times out, a product code is missing in accounting or the same order arrives twice, the integration quietly piles up errors. So we design the failure cases first and the happy path second.

02 / Audience

Who it is for.

  • E-commerce businesses retyping marketplace orders into accounting.
  • Brands selling one stock across several channels and fighting mismatches.
  • Sales teams copying website enquiries into the CRM by hand.
  • Manufacturers publishing ERP product and price data to a dealer portal or website.
  • Companies running a legacy system and a new application side by side during a transition.

03 / Deliverables

What we deliver.

  • 01

    Integration map

Which system is the source of truth for which data, in which direction and how often it flows.

  • 02

    Connectors

Components that talk to external APIs and handle credentials securely.

  • 03

    Webhook handlers

Flows that fire the moment an order arrives or a status changes.

  • 04

    Queues and retries

So nothing is lost while an external service is down.

  • 05

    Mapping tables

Product codes, categories, tax rates and statuses matched across systems.

  • 06

    Failure screen

A panel where you see failed records, fix them and resend.

  • 07

    Alerts and logs

That notify the right person when a connection stops.

  • 08

    Documentation and a test environment

04 / Process

How the project runs.

  1. 01

    Inventory

Systems, owners and today's data flows.

  2. 02

    Access check

API documentation, sandboxes and credentials for every system; some providers require an application.

  3. 03

    Flow and failure design

The normal path plus exceptions and retry rules, in writing.

  4. 04

    Build

    Against test environments.

  5. 05

    Testing

With realistic records and edge cases.

  6. 06

    Parallel run

Where useful, comparing results with the old way of working.

  7. 07

    Go-live and monitoring

With alerts on and close watch in the first days.

05 / Technology

Technology choices.

Modern systems usually offer REST or GraphQL APIs and webhooks. Older ones may need SOAP services, read-only database views or scheduled CSV and XML transfers over SFTP. To stop a record being processed twice we give every operation an idempotency key and route work through a message queue.

Some links run through an intermediary. In Türkiye, e-invoices are issued through the Revenue Administration's portal or licensed private integrators, so we connect to the integrator you use. Marketplaces require API keys tied to your seller account.

06 / Example

An example from our work.

Integration sits at the heart of Kolay Sevkiyat. Marketplace orders arrive in one panel, details are validated before anything goes to the carrier, and the official shipping label comes from the carrier's service. A parcel with missing information is flagged for correction before it leaves. Building validation into the integration cuts the risk of wrong labels and duplicate shipments at the source.

On a smaller scale, on Falco 3D's corporate site we brought the quote-request flow and the customer-relationship side into one structure. See our portfolio.

07 / Pricing

What drives the cost.

  • The number of systems, and the quality of each one's API, documentation and sandbox.
  • Real-time or scheduled transfer.
  • Data volume and the complexity of transformation rules.
  • What you need from error handling and monitoring screens.
  • Fees some providers charge for API access.

Each integration is priced on the systems and flows involved, with a written, itemised quote after a short call. External services change their APIs over time, so integrations need upkeep; maintenance is offered as an option in the contract.

08 / Questions

Frequently asked questions.

  1. 01

    Which systems can you integrate?

Systems that offer an API, database access or a regular file export. Rather than promise a list, we check the documentation and test access with you before work starts.

  2. 02

What if our system has no API?

There are options: read-only database views, scheduled file transfers or the vendor's export tools. Screen-level robotic automation is a last resort because it breaks easily.

  3. 03

How will we know if an integration fails?

Every failed record lands on a failure screen and the people you name get an alert. Temporary errors retry automatically; for permanent ones you fix the record and resend it with one click.

  4. 04

Can you connect to Turkish marketplaces and carriers?

Yes, where they provide API access for your seller or customer account. Kolay Sevkiyat, our own product, is built on exactly these connections.

  5. 05

Do you integrate e-invoicing for Türkiye?

We do not issue invoices ourselves. We connect your system to your licensed e-invoice integrator so invoices can be created automatically at order or delivery.
