What we do in R&D and product development.
It covers technology research, R&D projects, prototyping and product development. The aim is to move an uncertain idea, decision by measurable decision, to a product real users rely on.
Our own products explain this area best. Kolay Sevkiyat, BeinStory, Kentsel Dönüşüm AI and İmarsal did not start with a client brief; they started with our idea and our budget. They taught us where taking an idea to launch gets hard, what can wait and what must be right from the start.

Not every project needs every stage. An idea with little technical uncertainty can begin at prototype; one with a clear user need but uncertain technology begins with research.

At the end of each stage we share the findings and decide together whether to continue. Larger budgets follow as uncertainty falls.

If an approach is not working, we report why, propose alternatives or recommend stopping.

Experiments, decisions and reasoning are written down, which grant reporting and any future team both need.

What is the difference between R&D and product development?
R&D answers a question whose technical answer is unknown: is this possible? Product development turns something known to be possible into a product people actually use. Many projects include both, in that order.

Will you sign an NDA before we share our idea?
Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first detailed conversation.

Do you work within grant programmes?
Yes. In most programmes you are the applicant; we contribute to the technical content, work packages and development budget lines, and act as your development partner if the project is funded. We check current programme terms on the official sources with you first. The programmes and their status on 13 October 2026 are on our R&D projects page.

What if we want to stop after a stage?
Every stage ends with its own output: a report, a prototype or working software. If you stop, what was produced up to that point is documented and handed over under the terms of the contract.
